The tireless "renaissance man" enjoyed success early-on as a revered music journalist having cut his teeth as the Dance and Singles Review Editor for Billboard Magazine [from 1987 to 1990]. He has written a music column for NYC style rag PAPER and sat on the initial editorial board for the launch of OUT Magazine.

As the owner of Peace Bisquit [1990-present], a multi-tiered, Brooklyn-based company incorporating artist and producer representation, A&R consultancy, music supervision, sound design and record company, Bill represents diverse artists such as Ultra Naté, Chris Willis, Cazwell, The Ones and Colton Ford along with popular producer/remixers Craig C., Lost Daze, Redtop and Morgan Page. Bill's company has also released original music by the likes of Julee Cruise, The Pretenders, Jill Jones and currently hosts Amanda Lepore's latest musical confections.

Throughout his 23 years in the music business and 29 years of DJ-ing (from cradle to turntable...), Bill has had the pleasure of working and learning from the likes of Bette Midler, Lady Gaga, World Of Wonder, Radiohead, Lenny Kravitz, Scissor Sisters, PETA, Le Tigre, Vogue, Marc Bouwer, Crystal Waters, DEEE-LITE, Deitch Gallery, M.A.C., Swing Out Sister, Sinead O'Connor, Brian Grazer, DIFFA, Book Of Love, Neneh Cherry and more! Bill has also "Another Gay Movie", "Party Monster", "Inside Deep Throat" and "Party Girl."

Don't be late to the party on stage or you may miss Bill wreaking glittery mayhem around town performing with Daisy Spurs, Whatever, Girl or The Dazzle Dancers and moonlighting as a member of Jody Watley's touring band.
