Reg Flowers (Founder, Artistic Director)
has been teaching theater since 1986. In 2006 he received the BAX 10 Award for arts education.
This Yale graduate has been a guest teacher at The University of the Arts, Drew University, Montclair State University,
and The School for International Training. As a professional actor Reg has appeared on television and
in plays across the United States including the national tour of
Angels in America,
for which he received the LA Ovation Award ("Best Featured Actor in a Play").

Chris Hammett (Managing Director)
coordinates Falconworks' administrative and financial operations, drawing on more than 20 years'
experience in not-for-profit management, education, and the financial industry.
Organizations he has worked for include Kenyon College, Pomona College, Columbus State Community College,
and Citibank. In addition to working with Falconworks, he is assistant coach of Red Hook's little
league baseball team the Defenders.

Candice Sering (Program Director) is a New York native
who finds deep satisfaction in arts education programming that serves youth of all
backgrounds. Her experience includes artist book education and bookmaking in the five
boroughs, mural arts in both New York and Santiago de Cuba, and language
instruction along the northwest and in the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico. Engaging youth in the theater arts
rounds out the diversity and enrichment of life in which she thrives.
